AirBot is a SaaS platform that offers AI-powered guest communication, automation tools, and integrations with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Hostaway, Guesty, and others. • AI-driven messaging for short-term rentals • Integration with third-party PMS APIs • Admin and team management dashboards • Multichannel support (e.g., WhatsApp, Email, SMS)

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-compliance.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Platform • Misuse AI tools to spread misinformation or spam • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform Refer to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for a full list of prohibited actions.

4. Payment & Subscription

• Access to premium features requires a subscription plan. • You agree to our Refund & Billing Policy. • We reserve the right to change fees at any time with advance notice.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with services such as: • PMS providers (e.g., Hostaway) • LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI GPT) • Communication APIs (e.g., WhatsApp, Email, SMS) We are not responsible for changes, outages, or failures on the part of third-party providers. Use of their services is governed by their respective terms.

6. Data & Privacy

By using AirBot, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines: • How we collect, store, and use your data • Your rights under GDPR and CCPA • The use of cookies and tracking tools

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionalities of AirBot are the intellectual property of B N B Pro Information Technology L.L.C or its licensors. • You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without explicit permission. • You retain ownership of the data you provide, but grant us a limited license to use it to provide the Service.

8. AI Limitations

AirBot's responses are generated using AI technology and may contain errors, omissions, or biases. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content. Refer to our Disclaimer for more details.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if: • You violate these Terms or any related policy • You fail to pay applicable subscription fees • We are required by law or receive complaints about your conduct

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties. • We disclaim liability for damages arising from use of AI responses or third-party integrations. • Refer to our Disclaimer and Service Level Agreement (SLA) for further limitations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold B N B Pro Information Technology L.L.C harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from: • Your use or misuse of the Platform • Violation of these Terms or any other agreement • Infringement of third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The United Arab Emirates without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in The United Arab Emirates.

13. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
