1. Subscription Plans

AirBot offers various paid subscription plans with differing feature sets, billing cycles (monthly or annually), and usage limits. • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. • Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

2. Free Trials

Some plans may offer a free trial period. • You will not be charged until the trial ends. • You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.

3. Billing & Invoicing

• Charges are processed via our third-party payment processor. • Invoices are sent to the email provided in your account. • You are responsible for keeping your billing details up to date.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. • No further charges will occur after cancellation.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions: • Duplicate charges were applied due to a system error • You cancel within 7 days of your initial payment and have not used the service beyond setup • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@myairbot.ai within 15 days of the charge. We do not provide refunds for: • Change of mind after service usage • Partial usage of a monthly or annual plan • Services already rendered or AI credits consumed

6. Failed Payments & Suspension

• If a payment fails, you will receive an automated notification. • Your access to premium features may be suspended until payment is resolved. • After 7 days of non-payment, your account may be downgraded or deleted.

7. Taxes

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT or sales tax. • Taxes will be itemized during checkout, based on your billing address.

8. Pricing Changes

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. • Any changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days prior to taking effect.
